Change of Mind Returns

We may offer an exchange or refund if:

1. The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.

2. It is unused, in original sealed packaging with tags, manuals, and accessories included.

3. A valid invoice is provided.

4. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Exclusions apply—refer to the list below.

Other Returns

A refund may be available if the product:

· Is faulty or not of acceptable quality.

· Does not match its description or intended purpose.

Our team will assess returned items to determine if a refund, repair, or replacement is applicable under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

· Returned within 14 days in saleable condition.

· Unused, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

· Accompanied by a valid invoice.

If conditions are not met, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Customers bear return shipping costs.

Excluded Items

Refunds and exchanges are not available for:

· Special order items.

· AZL Gift Cards.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

· Inspect items upon receipt.

· Report any damage immediately via nsw@azl.com.au.

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim:

· Provide proof of purchase.

· Cover all return shipping costs.

· Ensure the product has not been misused, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

Under Australian Consumer Law, major failures qualify for a replacement or refund. Repairs or replacements are provided for non-major failures.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

· Misuse, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow product instructions.

· Accidental damage, environmental factors, or normal wear and tear.

· Calibration issues.

· Freight costs related to warranty claims.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
